Love the Stones but this one does nothing for me. Voting for ABBA even though I didn’t vote for this originally.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

Much better ABBA songs than Dancing Queen although I like it a fair bit.

But I'll take the Stones all day everyday.

If it was the Bowie version of the Stones song I might have voted for it.

Yeah one of the rare occasions where I prefer the cover to the original.

ABBA is clearly more Two-Tone-ish and deserves your support. :shifty:

Very surprised how this one has gone, thought DQ would have rightly walked it.

The only Bowie cover that bettered the original was "Where Have All the Good Times Gone."

And yeah, the board has lost its mind. I may never recover from this.
There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

Don’t know whose was the cover but Mott’s version of All The Young Dudes is better than Bowie’s.
