I would usually put these in the "Question For Heston" thread but this place seems more hip and happening. Here's three new tunes we've been working on over the last few weeks if anyone fancies a listen...

Great energy on these, where are you recording?
Just in our rehearsal room on a digital 16 track. All the tracks are mostly live except for some vocal tracking and bolstered guitars. Here's our place...

Great toons mate, had several listens of all 3.
Testing Times was a familiar track after one listen, I like it.
Also love the early Madness sound (Absolutely era??) of Mr Murdoch.

Listened again to these three tracks last night. Can't believe they are only work-in-progress tracks all three are terrific.

Cheers Marky. To be fair two of the tracks are near on finished. Track 2 "The Saturday Sons" still needs a bass and a little more mixing work. I just put a guide bass down with a guitar but our bass player has yet to put his stamp on it. Should get them all finished up next week with another track we are working on and hope to get a 4 track EP out for download.

You can't blame me for the Eagles, I fucking detest that band! I was also a bit underwhelmed by the Hole songs, I won't be checking out any more.

No I blame you for all the BAD stuff, not all the bad stuff (although there's a fair bit of overlap).

Very nice. Is it yours or a band member or somewhere you rent?
