Headphones on and playing loud now! Sounds good, thanks.

Was this only a limited time offer? It looks like the URL doesn't work anymore.

New track finally released about a year late. Still not super happy with it, but had to wash my hands of it finally:

Shit, dude, this is really good. Just a low-key confident menace to it. All the parts complement each other quite well, and when the faux strings come in it provides that extra satisfaction. This is something to hang your hat on.

Shit you guys are on Spotify too. Any preference for ways to listen?
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

Yeah, this sounds great. Obviously a bass player was heavily involved ;) That part is clearly well thought out and mixed appropriately. I love the drums dropping out and coming back. The moody synths are great. Good stuff, Kory.

I moonlighted as a beat maker/producer for a hip hop project that me and one of my best friends worked on 10-12 years ago. Demos got passed around to some heavyweights in NYC & we got an offer from Rockafella which fizzled out but I look back on that time fondly, so much creativity flowing, lots of herb & fun basement studio sessions. Self taught myself everything from tons of different software/hardware, plugins, mixing & mastering techniques and although the recordings don’t have that professional radio-ready polish, I’m pretty proud of what we were able to do.

Nah, there’s no way we’re going to make any money off this, so I just add whatever’s most easily embedded. Thanks for listening!

This stuff sounds great, definitely better than mine. I’m missing some kind of fullness that I can’t put my finger/ear on. I think I need to be more diligent about having a reference mix going at the same time. I’ll definitely be checking these out further this coming week.
