Rev...

Sharon Jones - 100 Days, 100 Nights
Great vocals and instrumentation but the song doesn't really grab me. 6/10

Black Joe Lewis - Livin in the Jungle
Same again, well executed but the song doesn't leave a real impression on me. 6/10

Kat Wright - By My Side
Reminds me a bit of "I'd Rather Go Blind" by Chicken Shack but obviously not as good. Decent but never really kicks in and gets going. 6.5/10

The Inciters - Me Myself and I
Sounds like a more polished version of the Redskins, obviously channeling that same Northern Soul vibe. I love this, will be checking more out. 9/10

Ruby Velle and the Soulphonics - The Man Says
Same as track one and two, well performed but I'm not hearing any hooks to keep me really interested. 6/10
There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

I think it's good policy for whoever is up to send a reminder to the next person on the weekend.

Just suggestin' to folks a way of keeping the line moving. Like kids on a field trip—know who your buddy is to minimize them being eaten by gators or something.

Exactly. Surely you'd save me from a bunch of Freuds and Von Trapps.

I'd throw both volumes of "The Man Without Qualities" at them and then leg it.
