A Bunch of Fives (New Challenge Thread)

Ok, so we take turns to select 5 tracks for in depth, proper IMCT analysis. So pick your bunch of fives, five favourites of yours and we'll have a week of good chat about what we've heard, and on to the next member's 5. No rules as such, just 5 tracks from 5 different artists, the less well known, the better.

Who's in?

I'm in. Doc is good at setting rules, maybe he can work his magic here?

How about ranking and rating the top 5 as well in our analysis? We all mark out of 10 and get an average, the song with the highest is song of the week. Not totally necessary but good fun all the same.

Ok sounds good.

Are we taking it in turns, is that the best course of action?

So when it's your week post your top 5 with YouTube links and tell us why you love it/find it interesting/funny etc. The rest of us will tune in, say what we like/dislike and rate the tracks out of 10. End of the week, we'll have a track of the week. (End of this, how about a track of the year, with a good old poll?)

Any day better than others?

I would go first but we have past form for getting hugely confused about whose turn comes next in threads like this. Why not get a list of who wants in, then arrange it in alphabetical order by user name? If anyone wants to jump in later they just fit into their allotted alphabetical slot.

Unless you get really obscure I think most stuff is on YouTube these days. Could you not upload it to YouTube if it's not on there?

Never uploaded anything to YouTube that's other people's jobs. :approve:

I haven't picked anything as yet so I was just asking.

Or just some other means by which someone could listen to them.
