Have to admit i wouldn't know half the bands on that list. Early to mid 90s kind of got lost in a haze of alcohol fumes! Wasn't 94 the year of the Johnny Cash/Rick Rubin hook up? Definitely remember that alright.

Also the year of Dos Dedos Mis Amigos, the only Pop Will Eat Itself album i ever took note of. Can't for the life of me recall if they were any good or not, ich bin ein auslander apart.

Hello,

I like Pop Will Eat Itself. This is the day...This is the hour...This is this is very good.
I even like the fairly universally maligned The Looks Or the Lifestyle.

1994 was the best year. Not only was it great for music, but, and I know this sounds like it doesn't make sense, every movie came out that year.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

Forest Gump came out that year. Sorry, worded poorly, not every movie was great, but every movie came out in 94.

La Mano Cornuda - Supersuckers

So along with Let's Go by Rancid, 2 good records came out that year by my count. :shifty:
We reach the parts other combos cannot reach
We beach the beachheads other armies cannot beach
We speak the tongues other mouths cannot speak
