I've ripped the tracks from the purple vinyl reissue of the found master tape.
I've given it a little remix as I still found the vinyl felt a bit flat. This will do until a more affordable cd issue. The vinyl is already selling for silly prices.
One week only ...once it's gone don't bother asking for a re-up.
I’m most interested in how The Found ’77 Masters compares to The Track LP Restored, disc 2 of the Definitive Edition box set (2012), which I have. The latter is supposedly how the original album was intended to sound sans the “mud.” Wondering how the found masters could sound better than the restored version.

The master is just that a master tape reel. There was never a problem with the master just the process that put that master tape to vinyl. The previous version was taken from a vinyl LP put through some software to clean up the muddy sound created during the manufacturing process. It had nothing to do with it's original mix. So of course the original master is exactly how it should've sounded.
So what you have now is a vinyl rip of that master. I've removed any clicks and pops and given it a slightly fuller sound. It will do until a cd is released which should then be as good as it gets clarity and clean wise.
Forces have been looting
My humanity
Curfews have been curbing
The end of liberty
We're the flowers in the dustbin...
No fuchsias for you.

Really looking forward to the CD then.
I’ve downloaded your vinyl rip and will listen later when I have time.
