I could post a set list from that show if you'd like, unless you'd rather be surprised.
One thing I will ask though: do you remember how long they played for?
About 3 hours, with three short breaks.
Let fury have the hour, anger can be power
D'you know that you can use it?

Yeah, it was great. I'm glad I went.

Value for the money! I’d still be grouchy that “Dead Souls”—my favourite JD song—wasn’t played.

Looks like it was on other dates. Aside from the opening and encore, there seems to be some variation night to night.

Roxy Music is Wednesday in Austin. Wife is out of town, I'm seeing singles on StubHub for twelve bucks. Parking will probably be several times that, but I'll strongly consider. I never minded see a show solo in LA, provided it was in Hollywood and I could public transpo there. This seems like an ordeal, and I still haven;t learned the city yet, but I'm leaning towards yes.

I'd recommend just getting a Lyft or something. Ease of mind, maybe a lot of cash, but it's worth it to not have to think about it.

“He ordered one light beer and just kind of held the bottle by the neck, behind his elbow. I don’t think he took a drink the whole show,” said bartender Sally Reid.

Manic Street Preachers and Suede are playing a co-headliner show in Chicago in November. I'm very tempted as MSP are one of my faves. Only thing holding me back is the thought of a Wednesday night show in Chicago. It's a 90 minute drive on a good night - 2 hours on a bad (and it's often bad in Chicago). If I was 20 years younger - I wouldn't even give it a second thought, but 45 year old WWK is a little more hesitant. What to do, what to do...
