I'd probably substitute "The Body" for "Hard Times" and "Disappointed" for "Worry," and "Acid Drops" off TWIN. Of those six, FCH and USLS1 are the only ones I'd truly get behind.

I generally like the songs you want to substitute here, but I am often turned off by the corny female backing vocals on them.

I had genuine concerns that the man was going to drink himself to death, so I also think this is a healthy choice. I'll see him live again.

Me too. I agree that this will help him grieve in a healthy way. They had such a loving relationship and he must feel so lost.

I don't really know what to make of it. Sounds like some old hippie thing. The type of dirge punk tried to wipe out. Don't get me wrong here I don't expect anything resembling Metal Box or Flowers of Romance but boy that is dull.
