I might be the only Ryan Adams fan around here, but his track-for-track cover of Nebraska is actually pretty decent. For the most part, he doesn't mess with Springsteen's formula, but on a handful of tracks ("Open All Night" is a great example) he goes for a different feel than the original and it works.

Saw this on fb. I never thought to put two and two together that their 81 European tours were pretty close together. I want this poster.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

This showed up in my feed for no discernable reason.

You can get a tin version on eBay cheaply: https://www.ebay.com/itm/115652765919
The paper copies are all absurdly high, but I would think that if you got the tin one and scanned it, you could get a printer to do one up for you.

Would be perfect if the Boss was wearing a Steely Dan hat.

Your abuse of the word perfect here is not complimentary.

Hey, don’t be devaluing the currency!
