To anyone that cares, Simon Gallup announced that he left the Cure a couple days ago, citing being "fed up of betrayal."

How much betrayal can there be within a band that barely does anything anymore?

Hello,

Name a goth/goth-like band without a drama queen.

A biography of Mark Hollis is due for release next year: https://markhollisbook.com/

I signed up for updates and ordering info, but I suspect the price is going to be more than I care to spend, so I'll wait for a softcover edition.

Signed up, looks like you get a discount on the preorder.

I like the title of one of the other books they advertise there— 10cc: The Worst Band in the World

What kind of security guard gets beaten up by an ugly old woman?

Pretty sure Rod's entourage of hired muscle was nearby ensuring he didn't get stomped in to the ground. 2nd possibility is the guard was smart enough to realize who just took a jab at his ribs and save dollar signs swirling around his head, so he didn't react by pummeling good old Rod.

Rod's a strange name for a hideous nana. Rodina?
