The Boomtown Rats weren't the most hip of bands, and yes everyone hates Geldof, but Rat Trap was a fucking glorious track. Everything about it is chiselled to perfection, from that really dark lyric to the gloriously tight instrumentation. Its five minute length flies by...

I just saw a reference to "folk metal." I don't know what this means. Is this bullshit? Is this real? What's the means of distinction? This makes no sense to me.
