Sonny Vincent's old band, if you dont recognize the name check him out.

I like the stuff he did with Captain Sensible, Scott Ashton.
Yeah I think Brother Wayne Kramer was on this album too.
Yes he is. It's good stuff.

It's not often I post anything pro-Oasis on here but I really like Noel's rendition of this early b-side. Has a real pathos in the lyrics which was unlike them.

I prefer the b-side version. But it's nice he is still fond of the song.

Oh yeah, prefer the recorded version but a nice version, the keys are ace.

This is where The Damned stole their idea for the track "Disco Man".

An early Idlewild song that came to mind, back when they were still snotty, snarly garage punks.
"I never doubted myself for a minute for I knew that my monkey-strong bowels were girded with strength, like the loins of a dragon ribboned with fat and the opulence of buffalo dung." - Richard Nixon, Checkers Speech, abandoned early draft

Hello,

I'm not sure how I stumbled upon this. Fernwood 2night was a hilarious show - and Tom Waits was being Tom Waits.

Classic Tom Waits, I love hearing him interviewed, never a dull moment.

Came across this on on another site today, a little treat for all the Mats fans on the board. A news reporter interviewing early Christmas shoppers has no idea who she's talking with.

How many times I've heard that "bottle in front of me" line and now i know where it came from. Great stuff!

Starbucks has been running a commercial using a song with a mesmerizing guitar line, so I tracked down the full song.
