Would it please the board if I edited my post to remove any possibility that the "thanks" was directed to Doc?

Just randomly popped up on my you tube page, Young and Stills on stage together and it's rather nice. Youngs voice not what it once was but there's a certain vulnerability to it and that has its appeal for me.

The Buffalo Springfield (for my buck) are the best 60's group too many people have not heard of.

Coincidentally I've been listening to a bit of Joe Walsh lately, a guy with some decent stuff in his catalogue. Very good quality on those recordings too.WestwayKid wrote: ↑28 Apr 2023, 8:15pmVery cool! Sorry, late, but this rules. I'd been getting a little tired of the Interrupters shtick, but this is great.
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a bowl of soup
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a rolling hoop
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a ton of lead
Wiggle - you can raise the dead

There is certainly shitty disco. There is also very good disco. This is the latter.

The last Orb song I really dug, almost 20 years old now.

I mentioned this song in Marky's Friday top 5, a crazy little ditty. The first 40 seconds is slow but once the song kicks in .......

A friend reminded me of this Jane Wiedlin pop-punk song from the 90s. It's fun but, like all pop-punk, forgettable once its over.

Speaking as a firm pacifist, this song makes me want to lay waste to the rich and their political servants.
