Agreed, Black Sabbath "Paranoid" seems slow compared to the Dickers version....well, BS version is 50 seconds longer, but both come in under 3 minutes.

Yes that was the original idea. Where a band records more than one take and the alternate one is better. This thread was never about cover versions.

Ahh, got it.

How about Generation X Day By Day Peel Session. Much better IMO then the album version. Single version is much better than the album version as well.
