But seriously, I thought his cover of "Hard Luck Woman" on the Kiss tribute cd was alright. Everything else of his can suck a donkey choad.

Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a rolling hoop
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a ton of lead

My friend's older sister legitamently likes Chris Gaines. when she talked to me about it, I fought the urge to laugh in her face.

I'm so punk, I don't even take my leather jacket off when it catches fire. Which it does frequently, because of how fucking punk I am.

Reminds me, in terms of idiotic spectacle, that Tommy Lee had some kind of cage set up during one of the Crue's tours that would elevate and flip him 180 degrees—so he was playing drums upside down. Whose already limited minds were blown more—Garth's fans or the Crue's fans?

Garth's fans most likely...I'm sure someone in those crowds thought that was the pennicle of entertainment.

Frankly from the stand point of sheer spectical, a man flying around on a wire is more interesting to watch than a guy strapped into a rotating drum kit.

What about a flying rotating drum kit?
I feel that there is a fascistic element, for example, in the Rolling Stones . . .

Reminds me of the vampire Los Lobos playing dead body instruments in From dusk till Dawn.

Nothing brings back nauseating grade school memories to me like the name GARTH BROOKS.

It puts me back in Mrs. Russell's second grade class and riding the bus. Everyone thought that "rodeo" song was so badass (especially the "It's that damned old rodeo" lyric). Garth Brooks.....I also remember concert footage where he would fly around stadiums on a wire at the climax of a show. God....I'm glad that's over
Is that the fat bastard who covered Hard luck woman? I hope he gets assassinated by rocket-firing Kiss midgets.

What a good movie. At least I remember it being good.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

Hoy's memory is worse than mine. Or at least his judgement.
