She used have a tv show which i always enjoyed. She dont like the rockabilly tag much and seems to be trying hard to distance herself from it which is a shame because she does have a great voice for it.revbob wrote: ↑04 Apr 2020, 5:31pmNot that I'm aware. Fair enough but that was some great music. I didn't care much for the last album.Low Down Low wrote: ↑04 Apr 2020, 5:36pmShe used have a tv show which i always enjoyed. Re: seven song shuffle
Think that was billed as a break up album after her divorce so was bit deeper maybe than previous stuff. Guess she just didnt want to be pigeon holed as rockabilly and wants to show she's versatile which is understandable. I'm not a huge fan or anything but she is definitely talented.revbob wrote: ↑04 Apr 2020, 5:48pmFair enough but that was some great music. Re: seven song shuffle
I have the album she did with Blue Harlem and the live Jeff Beck album too. Im guessing splitting with her husband a rockabilly musician himself is like you mentioned what led to the last album.Low Down Low wrote: ↑04 Apr 2020, 5:55pmThink that was billed as a break up album after her divorce so was bit deeper maybe than previous stuff. Re: seven song shuffle
She changed whole style too, got rid of the rockabilly quiff, complete new makeover so sounds like could have been rough break up. Easy on the eye it has to be said!revbob wrote: ↑04 Apr 2020, 6:31pmI have the album she did with Blue Harlem and the live Jeff Beck album too.
