Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a bowl of soup
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a rolling hoop
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a ton of lead
Wiggle - you can raise the dead

I hoped that that would be the conclusion people would draw. And that BW said nothing about the music.Flex wrote: ↑16 Jan 2021, 2:16pmRemember, Brian is legitimately insane.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑16 Jan 2021, 1:59pmBrian Wilson: “KISS is an interesting band indeed. I like their energy.”

Yeah. That’s the kind of backhanded compliment you give someone who didn’t necessarily impress you.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑16 Jan 2021, 2:39pmI hoped that that would be the conclusion people would draw. It really is telling, as I read about the band's history, that other musicians readily compliment them on their promotion and energy and dedication, but are silent on the music. They're multimedia circus performers, not musicians.Wolter wrote: ↑16 Jan 2021, 4:07pmYeah. I recently learned (or possibly was reminded of) the fact that Peter Criss didn’t pass his audition to replace Billy Murcia in the New York Dolls, a band that was singled out constantly by the contemporary press as sloppy, unskilled musicians.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑16 Jan 2021, 4:23pmIt really is telling, as I read about the band's history, that other musicians readily compliment them on their promotion and energy and dedication, but are silent on the music.
