I'm not sure where my life went wrong that I'm reviewing 40 year old KISS solo albums at 2am in the morning.

No, because they are pretty much unloved and uncelebrated.
Except for people who like snarly fun rock music.
Literally one of the most critically acclaimed rock bands of the 80s, but they never lip synced on a British show in 1984 so Heston assumes no one likes them
