i missed this. Her most recent record is the only one I truly like. Every other record has several songs I dig and a whole bunch that seem less than her talent.

Went full Flex today and listened to that 11-17-70 Elton John album he was championing in the EJ thread. And it’s really damn good. Early rockin’ and honky-tonkin’ Elton is great.

EJ wasnt something I ever listened to before anyway. I know Crocodile Rock and ... whatever escapes me.

EJ wasnt something I ever listened to before anyway. I know Crocodile Rock and ... whatever escapes me.
I doubt you'll feel you've missed much. But there is some good stuff early on that shouldn't be denigrated because his 80s crimes.
