Unlike when you were appointed the board's official Spin Doctors fan. Not going to sugarcoat it, but you fucked that up royally.
Yeah, revbob's constant advocacy for "late era" spin doctors started to get a little tiring.
It's a "Vermont thing, losers" as he dismissively put it.
I could have sworn Flex and Wolter were unapologetic Spin Doctors fans. For real. The two princes.

well, the lead singer of the spin doctors follows me on twitter, so that's something
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a bowl of soup
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a rolling hoop
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a ton of lead
Wiggle - you can raise the dead

A scenario that damns you both.

Hmmmmm, an album I quite enjoy but don't have SUPER strong opinions about, great stuff though. Let's see here:

1. I Should Have Known Better
2. Map Ref. 41°N 93°W
3. The 15th
4. 40 Versions
5. Two People in a Room

Could have easily done all 5 other songs
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a bowl of soup
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a rolling hoop
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a ton of lead
Wiggle - you can raise the dead

Outlandos d'Amour, such a great title for an album. As was Regatta de Blanc. I really loved the album titles back then!

Can't Stand Losing You
So Lonely
Masoko Tanga
Roxanne

The album (like all of their albums) Is only 50% banger, so I'll just say the correct 5 and not the other 5.

I hate that song so much. You can tell so easily that he came up with the vocal melody first and then tried to shoehorn a bunch of dumb lyrics into it.

And when even that failed, he threw in a bunch of agoobadah shagoobah doobah doobah dah.

I've gone through a lot of hot and cold with The Police, but I've always really enjoyed their first two LPs (and early singles). I probably like some of their other stuff more now too. Once you get over the fact they were never really more than punk adjacent and that all the band members have personalities like a scratchy butthole you can accept they were pretty good at times. As noted, a great album name too:

1. Can't Stand Losing You (and what a fucking cover for the single, holy smokes)
2. Truth Hits Everybody
3. Be My Girl-Sally
4. Next to You
5. Roxanne

Really, only Born in the 50s - boomer bullshit that it is - keeps the album from being 100% good.

I think the vocal on so lonely is kinda whiney. I want to tell him to get over it.
