I suppose I have to urn my stripes before I can make that claim. Hope it hasn't soured anything.

There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

Your emotions might be churning, but you butter do more than hope.

I'll just float on by.
Forces have been looting
My humanity
Curfews have been curbing
The end of liberty
We're the flowers in the dustbin...
No fuchsias for you.

War Pigs
Electric Funeral
Paranoid
Iron Man
Rat Salad
The title track went down in my estimation very slightly when I learnt it was a pretty straight rip of Communication Breakdown musically, but those lyrics and that performance still puts it a few thousand light years ahead of the competition.

Fuck this album is so good.
1. War Pigs
2. Planet Caravan
3. Paranoid
4. Hand of Doom
5. Fairies Wear Boots
I should probably include Iron Man on it, but it's so ubiquitous that most of these other tracks thrill me more now. Tho I guess War Pigs and Paranoid both come pretty close to that same saturation level.

Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a bowl of soup
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a rolling hoop
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a ton of lead
Wiggle - you can raise the dead
Pex Lives!

Yeah, War Pigs is one of the best songs of all time so its ubiquity doesn't really make for any demerits

This is the correct selection and ordering. Which makes sense as you're the board's official Sabbath fan.

Unlike when you were appointed the board's official Spin Doctors fan. Not going to sugarcoat it, but you fucked that up royally.revbob wrote: ↑22 Jul 2021, 5:13pmA responsibility I don't take lightly.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑22 Jul 2021, 3:29pmThis is the correct selection and ordering. Yeah, revbob's constant advocacy for "late era" spin doctors started to get a little tiring.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑22 Jul 2021, 5:21pmUnlike when you were appointed the board's official Spin Doctors fan. Not going to sugarcoat it, but you fucked that up royally.
