Yeah that's a good one. It played on my phone yesterday when I was driving home.WestwayKid wrote: ↑07 Feb 2020, 10:41am1) I Can See For Miles

I distinctly remember the first time I heard this album because it was one of those moments where it just gets you in the gut. It's a great listen from start to finish.revbob wrote: ↑07 Feb 2020, 11:37amYeah that's a good one. So pick one from the album please as that is the rules. I love "Early Morning Cold Taxi" but sadly it's an extra.WestwayKid wrote: ↑07 Feb 2020, 10:41am1) I Can See For Miles

I sometimes miss the obvious, but I didn't now that The Who released a new album late last year. Any good?

I think it's a good record. A massive improvement on their previous effort. I did upload a couple of YouTube vids last year.WestwayKid wrote: ↑07 Feb 2020, 3:37pmI sometimes miss the obvious, but I didn't now that The Who released a new album late last year. Any good?
The whole album is on YouTube.

It's been well reviewed, but I can't help but wonder if that's because it's expected that it'll be the last Who album. I downloaded it with the intention of listening but there always seems to be fifteen other records I'd rather listen to.WestwayKid wrote: ↑07 Feb 2020, 3:37pmI sometimes miss the obvious, but I didn't now that The Who released a new album late last year. I would've preferred a new Pete album to be honest. But the album is a decent effort and I like it.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑07 Feb 2020, 5:35pmIt's been well reviewed, but I can't help but wonder if that's because it's expected that it'll be the last Who album. Yeah Pete's a talented guy and those songs are good. I just kind of feel The Who should maybe be put to restMarky Dread wrote: ↑08 Feb 2020, 1:43pmI would've preferred a new Pete album to be honest.
