Loved the album from the first play. I remember getting in the car after buying it and putting it in the CD player praying that it wasn’t going to be another EW let down.

Yalla Yalla
Willesden To Cricklewood
Tony Adams
X Ray Style
Road To Rock and Roll

I was at a different point in my life then and never bought it until after I got Global.

Yalla Yalla (DO YOU KNOW HOW HARD IT WAS TO GET MY SOUTHERN-ASSED AUTOCORRECT TO BELIEVE I DIDN’T MEAN “Y’ALL”?!?)
Road To Rock’n’Roll
Sandpaper Blues
Forbidden City
Tony Adams

God, what a great album. I really struggled here.

A superb album for a summer barbecue, though maybe a quarter of it doesn't land for me in isolation.

And plenty of Willesden To Cricklewood picks, one of Joe’s finest.

Yeah I didn't pick that but it's a terrific album closer.

I don't own any albums by the North Americans. Is "Get Out of Bed" any good?

You can't expect me to know what time it is in North America I barely know what time of day it is at the best of times.

There's always next week if some one fancies it.
