That's the one where the biblical people have a hard time communicating. A lot of "huhs?" and "whats?" Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

CD mate. I don't buy too much vinyl these days unless it's something I want that's a vinyl only release. That's basically for durability and storage reasons.Flex wrote: ↑08 Dec 2020, 8:25pmabsolutely killer box. did you get cd or vinyl?Marky Dread wrote: ↑08 Dec 2020, 6:51pmSo I finally picked up the mono box set. Re: Deep Bob Dylan Theory 2012
Any thoughts on '1970'? It says there are tracks from the 'Self Portrait' sessions, but surely the best from that time were on 'Another Self Portrait'? Is it worth buying for nine George Harrison tracks that were never intended for release?

Re: Deep Bob Dylan Theory 2012
I've heard most of the Harrison tracks and they're fun but slight, fans who know this material a bit better are excited about all the non-harrison stuff though. I love dylan's voice in those 1970 sessions so I'm excited for this, but it's definitely completest territory. There's a reason none of this is being released under the bootleg series banner.
