They sound similar to Pinkshinyultrablast. Both Russian shoegaze/dream pop bands, so maybe that's a sub-genre.

This really, really sounds like early 80s lo-fi indie to me.

I came across them not too long ago. Quite listenable, but they haven't really grabbed me yet.

Watching an ep of Bob's Burgers and this struck me as leaning 'gaze.
