This one wasn't even close! 21 votes to kick One Emotion to the curb!

Fuck. Going Capital Radio One since Capital Radio Two is right there, but I don't feel good about it.

1-2 Crush is exceedingly slight in this field.

I love every song standing, but 1-2 is the slightest remaining.

Re: ROUND 3 - Non Album Tracks Part 1
1977 always seemed a bit of a throwaway to me and a blatant rip off.

Re: ROUND 3 - Non Album Tracks Part 1
Excuse the bluntness but 1977 and 1-2 are pretty crap songs. Get em both out and you're left with pure quality this poll.
Voted 1977 anyhow.

It's better I'll give you that. Still doesn't take my fancy though.

1977 is awesome and total punk rock in it's sentiment. I'm also baffled at the "blatant rip off". Yes I know where it gets it's riff from but are you going to level the same criticism at London Calling when we get to it?

LC was a bit more subtle. I still like 1977, I'm just having to find reasons to jettison songs as I like most of the Clash's material except Junkie Slip and Sex Mad Roar.Marky Dread wrote: ↑07 Apr 2019, 5:10am1977 is awesome and total punk rock in it's sentiment.
