There's probably a decent paper in the movement of nouns/pronouns in White Riot:
black man > white people > everybody > nobody > I
Nice. But as I pointed out earlier in the thread the actual lyric is ''black people'' not ''black man''.
I'm hearing "man" quite clearly...
Okay I've listened endlessly on repeat now for 20 mins and I think it's actually ''men'' not ''man''. But it's clearly not ''people'' as I've always thought. Anyway we can all agree that the original lyric was :
Everybody's doing
Just what they're told to
and everybody's eating
supermarket soul food
Forces have been looting
My humanity
Curfews have been curbing
The end of liberty
We're the flowers in the dustbin...
No fuchsias for you.
Someone needs to break the tie. If not - I think this one goes into a run off between the 2 tracks!
I thought we just eliminated both songs in the event of a tie?
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a bowl of soup
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a rolling hoop
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a ton of lead
Wiggle - you can raise the dead
