not sure how you have time to post so may bad GEER takes when you have all those 3 thousand page biographies guilded age presidents to get through.

Pfft. I've read all the Guilded Age biographies.
Go back and read Blaine...
... No.
I just realized how soul crushing a read through of the failed candidates’ bios would be.
I read this long, long ago.
"I used to bullseye womp rats in my T-16 back in Whittier, they're not much bigger than two meters.'" - Richard Nixon, Checkers Speech, abandoned early draft
Stay Free, very good but ever so slightly overrated I feel.
I actually think it's underrated, never see it getting any major praise on here or elsewhere. I love it myself, I just thought it always sounded out of place on GEER. It sounds weedy when surrounded by all those bombastic songs.
Hey I gave it praise. I don't agree it sounds weedy. But I would agree half of GEER is over heavy.
Yeah, I don't mean it sounds weedy in itself, just in comparison to the other tracks. I don't think it's well placed on the album.
Okay same hymn page now.
Forces have been looting
My humanity
Curfews have been curbing
The end of liberty
We're the flowers in the dustbin...
No fuchsias for you.

Without risk of getting in another track list debate I thought Stay Free was enhanced by sitting in GEER like an oasis.

I'd replace it on CR for StH.

Take a moment to appreciate the brilliant ending to DST, a stunning final verse/middle 8 culminating with the "Alright Sonny, just tell us where!" That is the bollocks.
