So are you saying The Clash would've known about this prior to his voice over and live appearances?
I knew about his attitude to sexual repression/gay rights etc. However I knew nothing about his support of NAMBLA. Free speech is one thing paedohilia something else altogether.

Relistened to side two yesterday and I'll stand by Death Is a Star being "not so bad." One of Joe's worst vocals, but at least the instrumentation is largely organic. So musically it holds up way better than OBF or Beautiful People.

Also Gary Barnacle is all over this record. I like his contributions.
