CR2 has to go for that crummy ending.
That is imperfect, actually.

Would have been perfect if not for this. Literally spot on.

22 votes are in. I still expect a few more. I'm hoping the tie is broken one way or another as it would be a shame for both tracks to be gone.

if i wanted to hear a love-letter to new york, i could listen to half a dozen other clash songs and just about every other song ever written about a city. or i could go on twitter for five seconds.

(I kid. It's a colossal track. There's no good way to eliminate these tracks at this point.)

I do find it ridiculous that people could get mad at this point. Every song left is really goddamn good. I’ve already voted for like 15 songs I absolutely love at this point.

The point for me is GotW is The Clash moving forward with their sound and producing a stunning song. Whilst IFtL is also a brilliant song they made their own GotW is their own and it's the best track on that EP. I suppose you could for it being a cover of their own song but boy it's
Spectacular.

I voted to eliminate IFTL, but they’re all amazing.

Almost voted IFTL but went Gates of the West, partly to spite those of you who already booted the superior Groovy Times. Spite is the only way I can think to break this logjam.
What did you play in PiL?

Yeah it's that EP is probably their finest hour. It's not just the songs though but the production is outstanding.
