Interesting. I always wondered what that line was. In my head I always sang, "Yeah, sod all that, only on a Sunday baby."
Sorry I upped that on my phone which seems to predict shit on it's own

It should have read ''accelerant all we got is Sunday papers". Which I've always assumed was about setting fire to that car at the riot.
That sounds perfect and makes sense.
I've just slowed it down through my software and it sonds like ''they stand in a line all to get their sunday papers''. Which makes sense if it's about those not taking part in the riot and reading about it later.
How about the "Hey Pamela! Is it going round?" part?
Where's that in the song?

Right after the Sunday papers line. I think they cut it from the album version but it’s on the demo.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

Which one there is the Polydor demo, Beaconsfield demo and Beaconsfield promo shoot versions. My favourite one is the promo shoot version.

Yep that's the Mickey Foote demo which is practically the album versions with overdubs of clapping foot stomping and the additional vocal. I'm on it at the moment slowing it down and mixing the vocal as high as I can. Probably going to be indecipherable.

The first part of the line after ''Sunday papers'' appears to be ''they sell 'em all out''. I think the second part is "they said go without".

So here's what I think is the whole thing.

They stand in a line all to get the (their) Sunday papers.
They sell 'em all out, they said go without.
