Surprised and concerned Corner Soul was voted off. Sticking with the Let's Go Crazy vote.

Surprised and concerned? I'm fucking livid!
There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

Wow, did not expect this to be tied. I really like Let's Go Crazy but it isn't close to its competition in my opinion.

Let's Go Crazy deserves to win.
Authority is supposedly grounded in wisdom, but I could see from a very early age that authority was only a system of control and it didn't have any inherent wisdom. I quickly realised that you either became a power or you were crushed

No kidding. Let's Go Crazy is an enjoyable song, but not in the same league as Up in Heaven. The only good thing about this result is that if they end up tied - both tracks will move on.

Remember - if this round ends in a tie - both songs will move on - but come on...Up In Heaven should cleanly take this one. It's just a better song than Let's Go Crazy and to think otherwise is "crazy"!

Counterpoint:
The lawful force are here of course
For special offenders for the special court
But the young men know when the sun has set
Darkness comes to settle the debt
Owed by a year of S.U.S. and suspect
Indiscriminate use of the power of arrest
They're waiting for the sun to set

Speaking of Up in Heaven, I saw a listing for a flat for sale in the Trellick Tower -- £800k!

Likewise. Also distressed about Crazy being on the chopping block! It’s the spiritual cousin to Rudie but with a more inventive drum part.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.
