Continuing to vote off Clampdown. Kamala Harris is a cop.

Rudie is top 3 material. Clampdown only top 20.

Early goings, and the vote is reflecting my own behavior, but RCF's traction here is, frankly, stunning. I had no idea the tune was so well regarded.

Re: ROUND 16 - London Calling - Playoff
For me - there is just something about it. It's not a big message song. Musically - it's so loose and fun. Joe's "Sing, Michael, Sing" ad lib...the fact that it's a duet between Joe & Mick...Paul & Topper's spot on reggae rhythm. It's hard to find anything wrong with it, but easy to find a lot of really great things about it.

Very pro bagged milk. Used to have it in Saskatchewan, but it went away in favour of the big plastic jugs. Common in Onterrible, tho. Easy to store, less waste when you're done.Wolter wrote: ↑22 Apr 2019, 2:54pmBagged milk? What are we doing here again?

Re: ROUND 16 - London Calling - Playoff
If Clampdown had a better final minute, it'd be a harder decision. A flawless/exceptional 2/3rds of a song.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.
