Re: THE FINAL
The thing is, when Joe took over on bass for GOB, the problem persisted. More an amp settings/soundboard issue rather than his playing. He was usually pretty solid live.Inder wrote: ↑08 May 2019, 5:16pmEngineers at Fender have been working feverishly for years trying to recreate Paul's famous BONK BONK tone.

Re: THE FINAL
I would be fine with RCF winning, but I think CC is simply too immense. In fact I’m amazed that position is controversial on here, aside from the standard “Hoy is literally insane about Joe’s perfect-for-the-music-at-the-time vocal” disclaimer.

STH is my personal favourite but...I’m fine with either of these two winning. WMIHP and CC not being on albums sort of spoilt it as one had to go early doors. Both would make my top five.

Agreed. I guess that is the beauty of a survivor poll it throws up different and unexpected outcomes (well almost).topperville wrote: ↑08 May 2019, 6:34pmSTH is my personal favourite but...I’m fine with either of these two winning. Re: THE FINAL
Wow, a three-vote lead this late for either song is surprising.
