But in all seriousness I think most people here appreciate good music, sure we all have varied definitions of that but it doesn't surprise me that there's overlap. The first four albums are solid and I'm partial to the first six, after that its CtC territory.
The Springsteen thing is the one that boggles my mind, that and Kakajaroo, or whatever that band is Heston raves about.

I agree on Sabbath. The first four are very solid, and are loaded with excellent riffs. The next two are patchier but the best songs are at least as good. After that? Well, I can’t say I reach for anything else on the regular (or at all). The first Dio album is fun occasionally, but it feels like a different band.
