I wanted to nominate, "Stand & Deliver" by Adam & the Ants, though technically there's only 5 songs on the first side of the LP.
Do it now!
All the red tape and paperwork....
I will allow Stand And Deliver as it is side 2 track 1 of Prince Charming.

It certainly falls within the spirit of the game, basing this on a traditional vinyl album, before all the fun was drained from it by bureaucrats.

Oh, didn't realise it was one song to be selected.

I've edited down my post, maybe edit yours Olaf to remove my other songs so as not to give out suggestions to others.

Cheers
Yep one nomination per person.
You are going with The Buzzcocks ?
Yes Buzzcocks please 101, I initially posted a list of selections until Olaf pointed out the error of my ways.

I hope you filed a 19-J-14.4—not a 19-J-14.41, which deals with racoon jokes—in triplicate (one to Minister of Polling Heston, one to Major-Domo Inder, and one to board archives) justifying your exception. Please allow 10 business days for a response as to whether your request is accepted, rejected, or an extension is asserted to consider the request further. DO NOT send follow-up inquiries as they will only slow the process.

My new Quixotic quest is to get a Fugazi song on here.

“Fell, Destroyed” - Fugazi
I tried with Bed for the Scraping, earlier.

Man but KitD is a fantastic record. I'm almost exclusively a singles-person when it comes to S&tB, but I love that album from start to finish. Damn, I think I'm gonna fire it up right now.

Wholeheartedly agree, though I'd love a slight remix that balances her voice with the music a bit better.

Weirdly not my favorite Fugazi album, but both of those songs are amazing.

Same. It used to pop into my mind first because it's so immediate-sounding, but I'd rank it fairly low these days. Not saying much for a band with a discography that pristine.

I agree too, my favourite Banshees album. I nominated Obsession for Track 3 but it didn't make the cut.

Honestly I’ll listen to anyone’s defense of any favorite Fugazi album other than End Hits, which is the closest to mediocre they ever got. I don’t count Instrument because it’s a weird compilations/soundtrack/outtakes/demos thing.

End Hits weirdly shot up a couple places while I was making a introductory playlist for a friend last month, but still nothing beats the one-two of Killtaker and Argument for me.

I’m Killtaker/Repeater/13 Songs but Argument is a hell of an album.
