The Ultimate Album Track 11

Post by 101Walterton »

Getting close to the end of side 2 which so far has a great flow to it.

Any experimental or off the wall tracks or closing bangers???

Nominate your track 11

Please do not nominate Ramones, Pistols, Elvis Costello, Bowie, The Specials or The Who and The Beetles as they are already included.

Would love to see a Replacements song on this.
Had a hard time deciding which one to go with, "Can't Hardly Wait" or " Here Comes A Regular"

I ended up choosing "Here Comes A Regular"

Two exceptional ones. I'll officially pick My Bloody Valentine's "Soon," the blueprint for noise pop.

But on the other end of the emotional scale I'll suggest someone else here offer up REM's "Nightswimming," which is Michael Stipe's most effective vocal performance.

Nightswimming is brilliant I could listen to it on a loop all day.
Can’t nominate though as I have personal favourite coming.

Another strong contender that won’t be voted for because it’s not from the UK.

But The Fkubbernutz had that great track on their debut album that charted really high.

Septics don't get The Fkubbernutz—it's that simple.
