Yeah. And he’s also not shitty.

2 votes for AYBCS at least 3 rounds too early. Explainations?

Yeah, I'm puzzled.
There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

I was trying to create a distraction to protect Dr. Robert. :disshame:

I fancy AYBCS and For No One against Tomorrow Never Knows.

I almost feel like TNK is at an unfair disadvantage here. Being it's so inventive and doesn't follow traditional song patterns. It's in a field of it's own for the time. If it belonged on a whole album of similar style tracks I wonder how it would fare.

Comparing it to a great tune like AYBCS seems wrong. As they are so going in completely different directions.

For all the musical adventurousness of Tomorrow Never Knows, at heart it's a well-played song with good lyrics, a good beat, and a good tune. And that's really all I look for.

Hmmm maybe mate. I wonder how people would feel about it if all the inventive bits were stripped away.

Here's an acoustic cover of the track. It's nice but not extraordinary.

Here's an okay Lennon impersonator having a pop. It's a bit Imagine-y, to be fair. Needs some fucked-up drums.
