We're just going to vote on the 4 tracks that are unique to this LP.

I agree, though It's All Too Much is pretty fantastic.

I keep rethinking my favorite albums. If we could ignore the b side of this record this may be just be my favorite side of Beatles wax. Great stuff here, tho I'll lay my cards on the table and hope Hey Bulldog wins the side. Going with All Together Now, I suppose.

I'll only chime in to say that this is the most perfect name for a Beatles blog: https://www.heydullblog.com/

I really dig It's All Too Much but the production is horrible. The cover by the House of Love showed how it could be done.

Northern Song and Altogether Now are pretty weak.

The Church's cover is pretty good, too.

A more concise arrangement, the Beatles version never needed to be nearly 7 mins long...

Oops. I voted for the wrong A song. Oh well. Probably won’t affect the outcome.

Only A Northern Song, better than I first thought, aside from the church organ.

All Together Now is worse than I first thought, piss poor shite.

It's All Too Much though is a quality song, if it were 2 minutes shorter and less fizzy sounding it would be one of my favourites. Joyous tune and wonderful harmonies.

Still doesn't come close to the Bulldog though.

That's exactly why I reach for the House of Love version every time. I hate it when songs just noodle on for ages at the end. You've done your job, now get out of here.
