Real talk: I like solo George best of all the solo Beatles, but I only sort of like Beatles George.
Samesies. George really, really came into his own post-Beatles. Concert for Bangladesh and All Things Must Pass gotta be some of the finest post-beatles catalog releases by any of 'em.

Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a rolling hoop
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a ton of lead

“What Is Life” is probably my single favorite solo Beatles track. It’s just so good.

I decided the funniest thing to do would be to just dive right in and start voting off "Something" so that's what I'm gonna do. So many fun songs and rockers on this side I'd rather be listening to.
This board really hates George.
I love George.

Something, Maxwell, and Octopus are the weakest on the side of about equal measure. And I’m a big Ringo apologist. None are anywhere near as bad as Green Onion.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.
