I think Her Majesty could have been a decent song if it was actually fleshed out into a real thing. Definitely not offensive and not sure it should have been the first to go.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

I voted Because because it's boring. The vocal arrangement is nice, but that's it.

Just listened. That's what I'm talking about.

There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

This is first of probably a few rounds for this side where I probably don't really have a strong opinion about which song goes out before another.

Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a rolling hoop
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a ton of lead

Because is such a rad song. I don't understand the tastes of people here sometimes.

Yeah it's surprising some of the slight songs on the medley are getting less votes. I went with Sun King.

My opinions on The Beatles are probably wrong, so that might skew the results a little.

Sun King would be a deserved loser in this round. Lennon's nonsense lyrics at the end just underscore that it's a sketch of a song.

I don't mind nonsense lyrics, but I'm not really a big lyrics guy in general. I liken Lennon's lyrics to appreciating a Magritte painting. Even Mescaleros lyrics hit this territory sometimes.
