Tough one. I love them both, maybe equally. I'll vote against I've Just Seen a Face because Help! is a great rock n roll song.

Ditto. I also appreciate Help! for it being a rebellion against Beatlemania, that Lennon felt trapped by fame and the pressures of being a Beatle.
