My vote is definitley gonna be up for grabs for large portions of the finals. I could easily see a bunch of songs leaving in the early goings with low-level ties if there aren't any consensus picks on what to eject. If anyone who is much more Into The Beatles than me cares to make some arguments for ejecting some of these songs earlier, I suspect it will make a difference in the vote.

Hey, bulldog! You're punching out of your class here.

edit: A vote against ADitL in the first round? Some people shouldn't be allowed to buy industrial glue. :ohboy:

Happiness is a Warm Gun is quite blatantly the worst song here.

Spent as many weeks in the Top 40 as the Abbey Road medley.

Absent any other arguments, I went with Eight Days a Week. I love the song and album its from, but divorced from the LP that its off of, it loses some of the "at the seams" feel to it that I like about Beatles for Sale so much and instead becomes another "early hit" without some of the historical weight of some other songs that work that vein. It's a great tune, but standing alone it gets lost in the shuffle a bit, I think.

For me this one is so hard, all good to great songs, but my vote goes with "Golden Slumbers" / "Carry That Weight" / "The End".

Literally the very best Beatles song you absolute Kiss fan.

EDIT: ok, that’s subjective. But you are on record that Kiss are the American Beatles, which means you should be forced to admit that with every Fab Four opinion like a sex offender going door to door in a new neighborhood.

Asserting HiaWG as the worst of this elite group almost forces me to train my guns on his medley.

For real though: this would be a solid Beatles comp.

All excellent choices, this was a tough one. Kind of like asking a parent which of their kids is their favorite.
