Only 20?
Congrats, clashmaniacs
See you in another 20 years, evair!
But I hope much sooner, with news about a new Clash release, like you did with the London Calling 25th anniversary WITH EXTRA MATERIAL

Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

More tracks from Rat Patrol will be released in anniversary editions of all albums that preceded it. GEER, with "Straight to Hell"!

It would be funny if it wasn't so tragic. I believe anything is possible now.
There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

I forgot to add the new audio collage of people trying to buy tickets for the Sort It Out tour will also be included in the set.

The cd contains a compilation video featuring screencaps of IMCT discussions complaining about previous releases. Full circle zen. :ugeek:

There's no way we've generated two sides of material.

Points out the obvious. DVDs usually have a blank side. ;)

The Clash UK 50th anniversary will have audio of fly by nighters typing out scolding messages to IMCT for sharing disappointment with one another about a Clash release on a Clash website.

Yeah, I know I'm a bit late for this thread, but congrats to everyone for keeping IMCT alive for two damn decades- especially you, Inder.
Haven't really been pulling my weight, but you know- life and shit, man!
Still, it's always been reassuring to know that IMCT was always here, and you've always left a light on for us. I initially joined in '02, right after (I mean RIGHT AFTER) Joe died. and I've been more active sometimes rather than others, but I always checked in here and there, just to see what's happening. If ANYWHERE on the web is "Home", it's here!
You gotta give the people something good to read...
