Yeah, but I knew you weren't serious. I have only had that experience with one poster here, and he is no longer a regular. Otherwise, all of the guys here have been super respectful and cool.
My first “punk mentor” that got me into the scene was a girl, so I never really took to the idea punk should be a boys club myself.
I myself mentored a burgeoning young punk...introduced him to Minor Threat and it changed his life.

I was a bit of a punk homunculus in that I pretty much mentored myself into whatever I got into, but all my closest rocker/skater friends were girls because they were more interested in talking about music than the guys were.
