Don't forget me and Doc. :shifty:
We're like ravens on his shoulder, mutilating all melody before it hits his ears. Forever.
I don't like any allusion to the idea that Heston could be Odin.
His existence suggests the supernatural, you have to admit.
Super-unnatural, more like.
What I think we agree on is that Heston is not of this earth.

An apology for my absence last few months,

I'm going through a shitty (is there any other) breakup at the moment. The last few months have been difficult, a few good days and you 'forget' all the crappy ones. Arguing wasn't the environment we wanted the girls to be in and although we both know it's for the best, it's so, so tough.

So sorry to hear that Tom. You're a good egg and it sounds like you're doing the difficult but right thing. Hang in there, and you've always got us to lean on as needed.

So sorry to hear this. Never easy to end that kind of commitment, but I hope it's eventually best for all involved. As Flex said, you've always got a sympathetic ear from the people here.

Ah man, so sorry to hear that mate. I went through a similar thing with the mother of my daughter about ten years ago, and believe me, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Just keep your chin up and be the best father you can.

Sorry to hear the news, you seem like a really good guy based on your posts, wishing you all the best.

Oh man, sorry to hear. Especially with the kiddos, I can't imagine what that's like.

Totally understood if you need a break or if you want to come here for distractions (what I've liked to do in the past). We'll be ready for you when you are. I'm always down to try new deep Metallica cuts.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

Sorry to hear this Tom, breakups always fuck me up like crazy. Let us know if you need anything.

Hey Tom,

So sorry to hear about your breakup. That is never easy but things will get better. Be there for your kids and try and keep a good relationship with your ex as much as possible it makes a huge difference to not have that friction in your life and your kids lives.

And of course this board is here for you. Ive certainly leaned on a few people here during hard times and it helped immensely.
