I'm going through a shitty (is there any other) breakup at the moment. The last few months have been difficult, a few good days and you 'forget' all the crappy ones. Arguing wasn't the environment we wanted the girls to be in and although we both know it's for the best, it's so, so tough.
Sorry to hear that, my friend. I've been through it myself (divorced when my kids were still pretty young). It is indeed rough. Take care of yourself and we're here if you need to forget things for a bit.

Not least of which is that it exists outside the Facebook/Reddit structure. More autonomy and less contaminated by trolls.
