The fear with a guy like that is that with all his youth and energy, he'll be able to get the ball up and in early on, but then struggle to perform later on in his career.

Pressure to perform is a serious thing. Some guys can keep it up the whole time, others go limp when the action starts. Young guys tend not to worry, but that's the arrogance of youth.
