This is going to be very strange and not explained by modern science, but cake donuts irritate my mouth and give me a scratchy throat. I need something else covering them.

The expected lack of respect/awe towards the Stanley Cup is about the only thing that I like about the NHL/hockey. Except, of course, it's institutionalized humiliation of Torontonians.
